3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hello out there!

I was active here for a few days 5 or so years ago. But life got hectic when I started a career change and just didn't keep up.

Anyhow, I'm Shae. I'm now 31 and living back in Denver. Since my last activity I have earned my cosmetology license, become a master eyelash extension artist and now own my own small business. Last year my mother passed away and I really let a lot of parts of my life go. I reached my highest weight (250.8) in December 2017 and came out of my fog. I finally, seriously sought help from specialists regarding chronic abdominal pain and nausea over the last 16 years as well as for my out-of-control PCOS.

This time around I am not being so hard on myself, and learning how to feed myself within the parameters my Dr has suggested. I remembered how nice everyone here was and figured I could benefit from a support system outside my marriage- my husband is generally a great guy but not very well equipped in the weightloss support department.
