Good evening fellow chicks!
I'm a newbie here! I found this group while looking for an answer for my underboob rash. I have a feeling that TMI is to be expected everywhere here so I have no shame. I'm hoping to model my high school fitness routine (with strength training added in) to lose weight and feel better. I am also preparing my body for pregnancy maybe 2 years down the road. My wife is former army so she taught me how to work out and clean eat (though she prefers candy to clean now). I'm vegan and I don't care what you eat, but this is my choice and yes, I get plenty of protein! I drink pea protein shakes! :) I think that's it for intros. 24/Fem/FL,USA |

Congrats on deciding to make positive changes for your health! It sounds like your wife could be a good resource for you, which can be helpful. I wish you both joy and health as you prepare to have kids. There are several boards around here you might be interested in. Some areas and some threads are more active than others. It can take a bit to find the right ones for you, but there is some good support and information here for sure. |
