I was pre-diabetic in March of 2014 but I said to myself that I refused to get diabetes so starting in March of 2014 I started on my weight loss journey. Although it's been a very slow journey I am no longer pre-diabetic and my blood results are awesome. I started my journey weighing 302 and now I'm between 246 and 251. My goal weight is 150. I hope to be at or around 240 by Thanksgiving and at or around 230 by Christmas and at or around 220 by New Years.

Good for you and keep up the good work. I loathe forever being checked for diabetes and like you, am trying to make changes. Keep it going - you can do this!
