newbie 2 days in phentermine and lo carb diet
 

Hi all on day 2 of phentermine and following a low carb diet. 3 years ago I lost 40lbs doing phentermetrazine and dr.G's weightloss. Over the past 3 years I have gained 30 of it back.Being a heavy drinker. Ive tried 2 different diet pills belviq and concerta over the past 2 years neither worked. I have stopped drinking as much. I have just recently went to see an endocrinologist come to find out I have been taking the wrong thyroid medication for 2 years. I am being hopeful that the change in meds and the phentermine can break this non-losing cycle. I'm currently 227 lost 1lb yesterday my goal is to get under 200lbs then the next to get to 160lbs
I did 1 hour of the treadmill today. I'm trying not to over do it!
