Hello everyone!

Hi there my name is Jenny. A friend of mine suggested I check this forum out. I have been trying to lose weight and I am just not doing very well on my own. I'm here to hopefully meet some like minded people so that we may support each other!:)

Hi Jenny, welcome! I'm new here as well. I hope you find some support and motivation here on the forum. I'm trying to lose weight and regain my wellness and strength, and having the support of friends has been key. I come here to read success stories when I'm feeling unmotivated, so hopefully we can all encourage each other to stick to our goals!
