Looking for support

Hi all, I'm a new member looking for support because if I've learned one thing, I can't do this alone. I'm a 50 year old mother of three and my weight has fluctuated over the years from 120 on the very low end to an all-time high of 154. I'm most comfortable at 130 and that's my current goal. I'm good about exercising ... I shoot for 6 days per week of either cardio or strength. My biggest issue is sugar. I am simply addicted to it. I've tried going cold turkey. I've tried weaning myself slowly off of it. I keep returning to it even though I hate how it makes me feel ... bloated, funny tummy, headachy. Anyone have tips for getting off the sugar?!! Thanks!

I'll tell you what did it for me. I watched Dr. Robert Lustig's "Sugar, the Bitter Truth" talk on Youtube. It's about an hour and a half, but it's life changing. Seriously, you will NEVER look at sugar or the aisles of a super market the same again. Ever. Please watch it.
