Hi!!

I'm Anabel. I'm so glad I found this forum! I've always had overweight, and I really need to lose weight, but it's really hard for me. I'm on a binge spiral and I don't know how to get out of it. I'm really motivated to get over that and to start losing weight, and I think that writing in here, reading your posts, and knowing that I'm not alone in this battle will help me a lot! If there are some posts that you think I'd start reading, you're more than welcome to share them with me! Thank you!!

Hi Anabel and welcome! I'm a newbie as well and have come here looking for support, which I found. I'm motivated now and actually want to work out every day, which is a miracle for me! LOL! We are all in this together :carrot::carrot:

Hi friend, you are in the right place. We all try to stay fit here. Personally, I currently have a goal to lose weight and build muscle. I train regularly, eat properly, and try to drink a lot of water. Recently I read yoga go reviews and thought about this type of sport. I have wanted to start doing yoga for a long time and maybe the time has come for it.
