... has been a lifelong one. there have been successes and epic failures. long story short, I am getting married in 57 days and am jump starting my "new" life with 3rd round of HCG and hoping the lifestyle changes made with it will stick around! I've never shared my weight with anyone before... but here it is!! 188.6 :dizzy: hoping to make some friends here who will help keep me accountable! my plan is to post something on here every day to keep motivation going strong. Thanks to all in advance!

Welcome! Love your avatar- so cute! I got married last November 23, so I know the stress! And wanting to lose weight, too. My mom had given me a wedding dress years earlier to wear when I got married and I desperately wanted to get down in weight enough to wear it. Thank you all for the warm welcome!! Yesterday was day 1 of hcg and it was very tough, but I made it!! Now that its the weekend, when I usually get bored and eat more than normal, I'm trying to keep busy and moving by cleaning up the house (and it sorely needs it!). Have a great weekend everyone!

haven't logged in in a few days!! it has been mostly okay, except I did go off the wagon for several almond biscottis. but hopefully the extra time in the gym made up for it. going into this weekend with renewed determination and energy!

Motivation is all fun and nice, but what matters most, dear, is discipline! Motivation is great for short bursts of energy: Like breaking out of a prison cell, or something.

Discipline, on the oher hand, gets you through your everyday routine successfully EVERY time.
