Greetings everyone! Im new here and looking for some weight loss support. I had joined another weight loss forum but it wasn't very active and I really need the daily interaction with others in the same boat as me. I'm 48 yrs old and I'm around 75lbs overweight, peri menopausal, and having some joint issues due to weight and arthritis. Hope to fit in here!
