Day 4 of IP diet, so, so glad to find this forum. I can already tell it will be instrumental in my success.

It's actually the FIRST diet I've ever done in my life, so I'm a newbie in many ways. I live in Austin Texas with my wonderful hubby and red heeler. I'm over 50, in peri menopause and my weight just went up so quickly, I had to set a goal and go for it! :carrot:
