  • Hello,
    I just joined today! I am hoping to meet others who have had a very difficult time losing weight. I exercise faithfully, eat healthy, and the weight does not budge!! I do great and have lots of willpower. About once a week though I find myself craving carbs and eating chips, crackers, etc...The other days I stick strictly to fruits, vegetables, proteins, eaten rly healthy diet!! I have cut out dairy, sugars, shop only the perimeter of grocery store, and yet still can't seem to lose weight. I wish my cravings would not kick in and take overmy willpower once a week!! Anyone else have trouble losing weight and finally found a way to be successful? I am a 51 year old female, active, teacher, and truly looking for motivation and inspiration!!!!
