Hello, I'm new to the site!
 

Hi! I am a 40 year old female in the US. I have about 50-60 pounds to lose. I am 5'4" and my starting weight was 180, I now weigh 176. I am using the Slim Fast program to lose weight. Just thought I'd say hello here first! I hope there is a thread for people using Slim Fast. Thanks!

Welcome! I am new as well and 32 year old female who is starting Slimfast also! I have used it in the past with good results. Grats on your weight loss! :)

I am new as well and in the same boat as you. I currently weigh 164 and wish to lose about 30 pounds. In years past, I did the slim fast diet and it really helped me to lose so I was also thinking of trying those again.
Do you buy the pre-made shakes or do you mix your own from the power in the can?

I am actually using Walmart's Equate brand, it's a generic knock-off of Slimfast, basically has all the same stuff. So my shakes are ready to drink in a bottle.

I made a thread for people who are doing Slimfast in the Packaged diets section of the forums, if you'd like to talk more there and help to encourage other people and get encouragement yourself. So far the only one posting there is me, lol.
