Hi everyone, just checking in to say thanks in advance for the support and guidance. I have battled my weight my entire adult life, never bad enough to not like myself, but need to be healthier and thinner as I age to help my mobility and longevity! And of course to look ravishing in my clothes!!:dizzy::D
