new to this forum
Hi! Brief intro - I struggle with the same 10 pounds and have done so for several years. I exercise regularly, my diet could use some scrutiny I suppose, and I have type II diabetes. But outside of the chronic illness, I'm actually in pretty good health. I know I'd feel better if I were just a bit slimmer... This forum seems to have a lot of good info, thanks! :)
