Hello Friends, I'm 63 with 3 grown children and a husband. I have a few health issues but none that will keep me from going to the gym. I just cant get motivated to go even after I've joined. I did come across a couple of diet books and plan to start using them. Please wish me luck with that and keep in touch. Thanks!
