Baby Weight
 

Hello everybody :wave:
I'm here trying to lose all the weight I gained AFTER having a baby 2 months ago. They say breastfeeding helps you lose the pregnancy weight, it did INITIALLY but now I am gaining it back thanks to the constant hunger associated with breastfeeding. :dizzy:
Losing weight is the easy part, I have done it before. It's the accountability and being honest with yourself part that is hard.
That's why I love this forum so much. Hoping to get back in some sort of shape by the end of the year with the wonderful support from my fellow chicks!!

Welcome!! Oh man, breastfeeding has always made me put on weight too, always so hungry. I still breastfeed my 14 month old but since she's cut back which is making weight loss bit easier. You can do it! Good luck!
