I'm Karen and I live in the Midwest. I'm 34 and I'm done with baby weight. Especially considering my baby is 3. 🙄 If I'm being honest I have 25 to lose to get back to prebaby weight and another 10 to get back to pre husband weight! I started Ideal protein after a friend recommended it and she lost 27 lbs. I've tried everything else and I'm really counting on this to work. I'm 5'10" so I can hide the weight a bit but I just want to be me again.
Any Ideal Protein peeps out there? Would love to connect.
