Starting a weight loss journey...
 

My name is Tori im 24 yrs old and a mother of 4 beautiful girls. I havent lost any of the baby weight lol and am making changes to my lifestyle in order to try and lose the weight and feel good again.

Im 166cm and 96.8kg .. i have lost a bit recently in 6 months ive gone from 102.4 to 96.8 but am now really amping it up. My goal is 75kg.

Im limiting calories to 1500 a day and exercising on my elliptical 30 minutes a day.

I am looking for support on here to help me reach my goals. Hope there are other young mums out there in a similar situation. Im sick of being fat.

I'm new too, and looking for support. I'm afraid though that even my daughter is older than you lol so I won't be much use to you,! I just wanted to say hello
