I am jan i am 19 years old and live in switzerland :)
i'm about 85kg heavy and i am gonna start a diet tomorrow :)

i hope this doesnt count as self announcing or advertising i am just telling you where you can see (if it even is interesting for you) how i am loosing wheigt, who i deal with that and stuff like that :) maybe it is a motivation or anything else
