Hi All!
 
In a nutshell I'm overweight and anxious to do something about it and thought joining a forum might help give me the kick up the bum I desperately need!

I'm in Yorkshire (UK) and currently weigh about 93kg which coupled with my height puts my BMI on the obese catagory :rolleyes:
