I belonged to this forum a long long time ago when I did the South Beach diet and lost 40 pounds. Now many many years later I need to loose roughly 55 pounds lol

My name is Tonya and, obviously, I'm from Arizona ;) I am a wife, mother and grandmother (that sure doesn't help the weight situation). I'm glad the forum is still here to help me again.

I look forward to meeting people and would love a friend or two. :hug: I am doing the Atkins 20 and this is my 4th day.
