Howdy, I am terrible at intro posts. I am married and have a 5yr old daughter. I am training for my first 5K and would like to lose four dress sizes. I have Crohn's disease. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I am an open book.

Welcome, RanitaAda. I'm also trying to lose - couple more sizes to go, I hope. I suffer from a gut dysbiosis so not the same as you by any means but a challenge nonetheless. I wish you luck on your journey to good health!
