Back again - Been a few Yrs
Last time I was here was back in 2015. I had been doing good at that time. I had gotten down to 121lbs which was lower then my goal, but since then I have moved from IA to NC. The foods & life style is completely different here and I have blown up to almost 180lbs. Im having a hard time getting back on track and staying on track. I am hypoglycemic so I need to get it together again. I control my levels by my diet. The last couple of days I have done much better then I have in the past but still cave on some of my cravings. I do not know anyone in the area that I live so I have come back here for the support I need to stay on track.
