hello!!

Hi everyone. I'm a newbie to this site sadly not new to dieting! I have put on 5 and a half stone in the past 2 years :o. I'm 32 and have two young children. I've decided to take control again because I'm so unhappy about how I look. I have also a holiday and a wedding coming up so that's some incentive. I struggle to diet on my own so was hoping for some support from you guys. :hug:
