At wit's end and need help
Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this. I'll keep it brief.
I'm slowly killing myself and I need help. I don't know what to do or if I even care anymore. I've ballooned to over 300 lbs since having spinal fusion surgery a year and a half ago. I'm having trouble breathing and it's hard for me to move around much since I tire so easily now. Any advice or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated. I'm 46 years old and I still have many things I wish to do before I croak. I don't have a spouse, kids, or a supportive family. It's just me and my dog's. I do have friends but they just don't seem to understand. |

You said you lack support from family and your friends just don't understand. Lets focus on YOU. Get plugged in with people who will motivate you and mentor you. If you're interested in a starting point, all you have to do is reply. |
Nice to meet you, I know you've come to the right place. Losing weight is tough, but you can do it. Stay strong :)
