hoping to dump about 45 lbs with ideal protein alternatives. any and all advice is welcome. let me know what alternatives you are using and where to find them....most of all that they taste good :carrot:

IP Alternatives

Try building a Pinterest board and searching IP Alternative group on FB. I have found great things there. I'm on day 32. 10 lbs down and 3 inches smaller on my waist. Struggling to stick to it and not cheat but doing it.
