Hello there!
Hi, I'm new here. I'm Denise and I'm an emotional eater/night eater/snacker. I currently weigh 408 and am looking to get back below 400 to start. I snack a lot during the day and night because I only eat 2 meals a day. I also eat out of boredom, which happens a lot during my day. Hoping to break this nasty cycle. TTYL
