Hi all! I just found this group when looking for information to confirm ketosis, which I am definitely in with my headache, cotton mouth, and majorly decreased appetite! My starting weight, five weeks ago, was 260 and I'm at 239, now.

Headache and cotton mouth sound a bit grim, do you need to change how you're eating? Dehydration is a bad sign, and long-term a dry mouth is very bad for your teeth. Also you know ketosis isn't actually necessary for weight loss, and that dieting doesn't have to be miserable, right?
