hi all, i'm new here
so after searching for online weight loss support this place looked the most promising :-) some major changes need to be made in my life and loosing the weight and gaining back my self confidence is first on the list. i started my diet exactly a week ago, i think i am doing well but i need help with cravings and eating from boredom/depression. thought a site like this might be a nice distraction :-) hello to you all!

Hi and welcome! I am new as well. Been on my weight loss journey October 1st 2016. Boredom eating has always been a struggle for me, but I find grabbing a bottle of water instead of food and then occupying myself by doing something has helped. Best wishes on your journey
