MY Weight Loss Journey begins!

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum. 21 years old, male and of course trying to lose some weight. I've had some "fat loss"-expirience before, but gained all the fat rappidly back.
Now I'm back on my way. wish me lucks guys and girls. I'll ned it :D
