Need Help Getting Started!!
 

Ok, I am turning 40 in June and I am SICK and TIRED of being FAT!!!! I am 5'3 and weight 270. I am married to my high school sweetheart for 11 years and we have a 7 year daughter. My issues with my weight are really starting to effect our relationship. I want to lose weight and get healthy but I have no motivation, no energy and no will power. I have membership to Curves but I would like to have buddy to keep me going. Anyway, I need help getting started. Please help me!!
