Hello I'm new!
 

Hello, I'm brand new to dieting. I'm 32 years old with two boys, I weigh 140 and am 5'2" so i'm just slightly overweight. I don't mind the weight so much but it's the ugly belly that I have that makes me crazy. I started Ideal Protein 2 weeks ago and admittedly cheated the first week (death in the family so a lot of comfort food) but have been very very diligent these last 3 days on the diet.

Hi I'm new! I'm 40 and have 7 kids and need advice for major belly fat toning! My youngest is 4 and I cannot seem to find ways besides surgery which I do not want to lose this. I'm 5'8 and 170. I always look preggo and nicely have to say uh I'm not pregnant. Getting ready to change my diet severely and I have a brand new elliptical, but I'll have to say..not being use to excersise stuff, I'm dyin here after a few minutes ! Anyway..hi to all !!
