New to forum not to journey

Greetings all,

I'm Laura from Richmond, VA. 6 years ago I lost 120 on a medically supervised programme and have since regained it all. I'm starting Medifast on Thursday or Friday (depending on when it gets delivered) and will be hanging out in the Medifast forums.

Happy to be here and look forward to support that I can both get and give!
