Hello,
I'm reaching the point where I think some support will be helpful to me as I learn to manage my weight and health. I went from 230 pounds as a teenager to 140, but it was involuntary weight loss. It was not a specific effort. I have gained some of it back and that's not good since I have health problems that I need to control. I am discovering just how difficult intentional weight loss can be and how easy it is to put on a few pounds. I think it will be great encouragement to read others' efforts and success stories and share my own. I'm looking forward to getting healthier with everyone on here! peacefirst |
Welcome.and best for luck! I think the best thing is to have a plan, and being her helps because just being immersed in a culture of fellow people keeps it at the front of your mind. I love just browsing to see what other plans people try or their ideas to see if they could also work for me.also things like recipes. I hope it helps you too!
