Hello everyone.

I weighed myself last Friday and was 167lbs an all time high. Reading some of the other post I realise that might not be high to some users.
My real issue is that my tummy is out of proportion with the rest of my body. So I look pregnant. I'm 53 and cannot have children anyway.
I've successfully lost weight 4 years ago from 164 down to 142lbs. Still had the large tummy though.
I've come on here for the support as my work routine 7.15am to 8pm 5 days per week doesn't allow me to attend weight watchers in my local area.
All suggestions welcome.

Extra lbs usually do tend to stay around the mid section for those who aren't overly overweight. Have you ever done yoga or Pilates? Would you benefit from something like Curves Gym? There are many matt exercises that can help to tone up the abs and abdominal area.

If you eat rather healthy and maybe buy a set of scales that can measure body fat % I would maybe work on reducing body fat instead of the weight number on the scales. Build up some strength maybe?

So far never tried yoga, have a book on Pilates and have used utube stuff. I always strain something about a week in and have to stop while I heal.

Watched a yoga clip on utube yesterday. It looked feasible.

I'm pretty sure my scales do measure body fat too. Thanks for the advice.
