I'm pretty fit (can hold a 5 minute plank!
) but Ive had a problem with binge eating for years and really want to get through that. Despite exercising somewhat regularly, I still have slowly been gaining weight. I keep telling myself I'll start eating better tomorrow, but if I meant it, I'd be long done with changing my habits! I don't have much to lose, maybe 15 or 20lbs, but I know it will be a challenge.
I will weigh in tomorrow morning and start my journey to better health!
