New and eager
Hello all! It's been about 6 months since I graduated college. I thought that without the stress, I'd be easily able to get back into fitness and good eating habits, but that hasn't quite been the case.
I'm pretty fit (can hold a 5 minute plank! :) ) but Ive had a problem with binge eating for years and really want to get through that. Despite exercising somewhat regularly, I still have slowly been gaining weight. I keep telling myself I'll start eating better tomorrow, but if I meant it, I'd be long done with changing my habits! I don't have much to lose, maybe 15 or 20lbs, but I know it will be a challenge. I will weigh in tomorrow morning and start my journey to better health! I look forward to getting into this community! :carrot: |
Hello Helianthus - welcome and check out the challenges. I am sure there will be one for November and December. As for losing - have you decided on a plan? There are areas here for discussing various plans of attack. Good luck and congrats on your graduation!
