I am Daniel from Spain.

Most of my life I was overweight and suffered cravings and hunger everytime! Specially on carbs, I think I was a carb addict, and maybe I still am! Since every time I eat grains specially wheat, I want more and more.

Just want to share my passion with the ketogenic diet and help people to follow this nutritional approach the right way. This can be a powerful tool on your fat loss efforts.
