Too Many Tacos
 

Yup that is what got me here today. I looked down and saw six taco wrappers in front of me. I would laugh if it wasn't so sad. I do that a lot. I don't realize how much I am actually eating until it is too late. But maybe I can think of something that will help with that. A food/mood journal or something. Anyway. Here is hoping to me getting on the band wagon and my "fat" pants actually being loose again.
