Hey Everyone!
My name is Sam and I took the last year of my life and lost 55 Lbs! I did not use any expensive how-to guide, or shakes, or anything like that. ****, I didn't even know what I was doing when I started! That being said, I used natural and healthy foods paired with excercise to take the weight right off. I am here to help anyone and everyone on their weight loss journey because I know how hard it can be to do it alone. I still have cravings for cake and ice cream because well...I am a human afterall and they are delicious.
