lapband regain. Starting over.
 

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this board.

I am 65 year young. Married with 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren.

I am looking for support because I have gained about 25 lbs in the past year. I had lapband surgery in 2012. I did really well and then I got off track and started eating the wrong foods. Chocolate and sweets are my downfall.

Hoping to find others who have had the same problem and have overcome it or are working on overcoming it.

I am looking forward to meeting everyone!
