Hello everyone

Well, I live in Wales. I am very overweight and need to lose at least about 7 stone - we weigh in stones and lbs. I doubt, at my age, I will be able to lose all that as I have limited mobility as well. However, whatever I lose will be a bonus and will help my health problems.

I speak some Welsh but am not fluent.

Welcome Braillen!! I have 78 pounds to lose. So right there with you. Health issues as well. We can do it and make it happen. It's is nice to meet someone from Wales BTW. :)
