Hello. Hello. Hello. This is a GREAT place to start! Look around. I have a lot to lose too, but less than I needed to lose 4 months ago. I am thinking in terms of 10 pounds at a time and week by week victories. That helps me get past feeling overwhelmed. Good luck!
