Time to get the old me back!

Hi, I am a new member, Ihave been really good for the past 6 weeks and I have lost 25lbs, but I am doing it on my own and would welcome some online support with other people who are on the same journey.

I have 84lbs to go and I am in the right frame of mind to do it. Just glad that I have found this page and hopefully we can support each other.
