2.5 pounds of fat in week is a lot. If you're beyond the water loss stage and losing fat, 2.5 pounds is a real achievement.

Ditto. I'd be thrilled to lose that in a week! Sadly I don't think I'll ever personally experience that thrill.

Excellent work, two weeks in a row. :carrot:

The best is when you get fully used to the diet change. Then it just feels like you're in a groove living your life, with weight falling off over time.

Thanks to you both.

I'm finding I sleep better and wake up livelier now I don't eat in the evenings.
It's worth persevering for this alone.

Hey, if you keep up your diet and do exercise you will lose it eventually, the key is consistency.

At today's weigh in down another two pounds.

10.5 loss over three weeks. Steady enough but going the right way.

Rams75 08-29-2016 02:33 PM

OK down another 2.5 lbs this week.

I started at 21 stones and 1 lb which is 295 not 300 duh .

I'm now at 20 stones and 2 lbs. So a 13lb loss over four weeks. Hopefully I can get below twenty stone by next week so need to lose another 2lbs and change , and be in the 270s.

Hows everyone else doing ?

Hello Rams - Congrats on starting your journey and the great results you have to date. I am new to this site and really enjoy reading everyone's journey story. This week has been a good one for me so far - best wishes for your continued success.

Thank you and good luck.

Not been in for a while and the loss has slowed.
After 7 weeks I have lost 16lbs. Not as much as hoped , but I feel the effects. I am now at 279 so made the 270s.
I am comfortable with being patient and realising 1lb a week is 52 lb over the year.

Hope everyone else is doing OK.

OK 8 or is it 9 weeks in and down 20lbs. Slow but sure. Hope everyone else is doing OK

Good luck !

You've been doing awesome, Rams! So good to see that you're still killing it. :D I'm down 16 pounds from when I started in May and am really pleased with getting my body back. :)
