This is the first time I join a forum? Anyways, I am 24 yrs old
Currently weighing 297lbs :( I have two beautiful boys anddddd this past
Thursday I had a tubal ligation/IUD removal. Things got complicated during surgery, it was supposed to be a quick 30-40 minute procedure but I was under for 2 hours. A cyst was found, lost quite a lot of blood but hey I'm here and healing. I look forward to making some friends on here! Btw, I live in Miami, FL with hubby and our boys.

I am currently on my millionth attempt at weight loss. This is the heaviest I have ever been! Any tips or suggestions are welcomed.

I'm happy you signed up here. It can be a very motivating site. :) I'd encourage you to find one of the daily check-in threads or a challenge thread. I find that engagement helpful with sticking with new habits, and you may too.

:welcome: I second the idea of joining a challenge thread or daily check in thread. Also, don't try to make too many changes at once, that leads to burn out. Good luck!
