Hi guys,
I'm totally new to this forum but not to weight loss. My weight loss journey started 2 years ago, and in that time, I had lost 50 pounds but over the past month or so, I've gained almost 10 back. I really don't want to relapse because I worked so hard to lose it in the first place, but every day in the past week, I've tried to force myself not to eat sugar and crap, and I have failed every single time
So, I came across this website and think that motivation and support is exactly what I need to get back on track!
I'm going to start first with a 21 day sugar detox - no sugar, or sweeteners, and limited fruits for 21 days. I'm vegan, so a complete sugar detox (eliminating all carbs) would be difficult. After 21 days, I'm hoping I'll have reset my taste to what it was during my successful weight loss period! Also, going to continue with my regular exercise routine - cardio 2-3 times per week and strength training twice!
I'm hoping some of you will be a friendly support to me, and the motivation that I really need right now! Let's be here to help and support one another
