Starting Over...again
My name is Darlene and I'm starting once again to work on my weight. I need to lose at least 60 pounds and have joined Weight Watchers in hopes of having a success story within 6 months.

Hello :)
:welcome: |
Hello Darlene
I have also decided today to start to try to reduce my weight again. I am not following any particular diet programme but am just going to eat less and exercise more and keep track of it. I wish you well and that you find this forum helpful. |
:welcome: 3FC is great for support and motivation. Glad you joined us! :)

Thank you! A year from now I'm going to be glad that I started earlier this week! :-)

Me too, hope to "see" you lots around here. I realized recently I've been on here 10 years and I'm back within 5 pounds of my starting weight. Time to lose it once and for all!

Weight gain feels like I'm being forced to ingest unwanted calories against my will. Then I awaken and realize this big, bloated belly was caused by my indulgences in all the wrong salty binge foods. Howe could I ever have gone there??? Will I ever grow out of this "Oral" phase of human development. I feel like I'm stuck permanently in my" Terrible twos." My doppelganger did it! |
