So.. Hi. I'm Lauren.

I stumbled upon this awesome forum about 3 years ago on a night where I needed to see others that going thru the same challenges with their weight and could talk about it freely, then I lost 15 pounds.

Well.. all 15 pds is back! And now I not only want to receive support, I want to give it! Its possible, its attainable... We just have to want it.

Im from NYC and I love noodles....Which is half the problem. Ill be around, here to help.
