Please help me feel less alone and stupid
 

Hello everyone
I have signed up today ahead of yet another new start tomorrow. I need help please. Went shopping for a dress to wear for a summer wedding and came away feeling fat old (I'm 46) frumpy and worthless. I weigh about 100kg. I love food. Please help me do this, this time xx

No need to feel stupid... a lot of people here understand just what you are going through. There is a lot of encouragement here.... I would suggest that you look around the forum and find groups in which you would most clearly identify and join right in!!

Ding Dong! H'lo! Hear I am! Can I come in? puts feat on table. phew! wat a day I had at the retirement home!....ok enuf of that--it's harder to purposefully misspell words than I thought! Hopefully that made you feel a little younger and smarter!
